First the contestant has to climb a 10 metre scaffolding ladder. At the top of the ladder they move onto a 3 metre climbing wall, which has lozenge-shaped handgrips. Finally they must climb up another 3 meter wall, with rock climbing handholds, which is positioned to the top right of the first board, pull themselves onto the platform above and hit the button to stop the clock.

First the contestant has to climb a 12 metre net, then assend a vertical 5 metre pole to reach the button to stop the clock.

First the contestant has to climb a 10 metre wall by using the little blocks on the front of it. Above the wall is a 5 metre vertical pole that they then have to climb up.

First the contestant has to climb 10 metres by using ladders. There are five eight-rung ladders placed above each other but on altrenating sides, (the first, third and fifth on the right, the second and fouth on the left) so the contestnats have to keep swapping sides as they climb. Above the ladders is a 5 metre vertical pole that they then have to climb up.

First the contestant has to climb 10 metres by using ladders to each side of them - using the left ladder for their left hand and foot and the right ladder for their right hand and foot. Above the ladder is a 5 metre vertical pole that they then have to climb up.

The contestants must cross a very long balancing beam high over water. Along the way there are short tubes stuck on top to make balancing on even harder.
