1) Rendezvous:
The first obstacle is to cross is some floating platforms. Firstly a U-shaped platform, then rectangular one, and finally two separate round platforms.

2) Great Dive:
One of the pair has to lift and hold up a gate to open up a hole under water for the other to swim through. When the person in the water is through the hole they have to untie a bar connected to the bottom of the pool. This bar is then used as the handle in the Pipe Slider.

3) The Wall:
This is simply a wall that need to be climbed over. There is a rope to help.

4) Pipe Slider:
One of the pair has to slide down a rail from the top of the wall, holding onto a pipe, and land on a floating raft.

5) Horse Volt:
The other person in the pair then volts over a horse onto a big floating platform. If they don't volt over properly then they incur a 10 second penalty.

6) Maths Parley:
One of the pair stops the two random number generators by pressing a button. The other has to add the two numbers together and remember the answer. After The Raft, this answer needs to be entered into a keypad to continue. If they are wrong then they fall through a trap door.

7) The Raft:
The pair of contestants both have to sit in a small inflatable dingy and slide down a ramp into the water below. They have to stay in the dingy and float over to the next part of the course (where the correct answer from the Maths Parley must be entered to continue).

8) Stilt Walk:
To cross another pool of water the pair have to move along a horizontal bar, above the water, using their hands.

9) Underwater Net:
There's a net half underwater and half above water. One of the pair has to climb over while the other swims under.

10) Final Slope:
At the top of a tall wall is the button to stop the clock. The contestants have to run up a slope, while water runs down it, to get to the top. Once up they must press the button together.
End of stage

Throughout this stage the pairs are connected together by an elastic rope.

1) Great Equilibrium 2:
The pair has to run across a sloped curved wall to the other side without sliding into the water.

2) Each to His Own Way:
Here there’s an oval shaped balance beam over the water. One person has to walk down one side, and one down the other, while the elastic rope tying them together is stretched over the middle pulling them both inwards.

3) Path of the Hammers:
The pairs have to cross a winding path platform above the water. Along the way are three giant swinging hammers to knock them off, so these need to be avoided with good timing.

4) Bicycle Tandem:
Riding a specially adapted bike, that has two seats and two sets of pedals, the pairs have to cycle across a thin balancing beam over the water.

5) Rope Exercise:
Each person swings across the water using individual ropes and have to land on a big floating mat. They have to swing together at the same time as they are tied together.

6) Wet Path:
Walk across another balancing beam, this one is sort of z-shaped. To make it harder the middle part is slippery and has cold water dropping onto it from above, so the pair has to walk under this waterfall when crossing.

7) Escape Pole:
At the top of this vertical pole is the button. Each pair has to climb up the pole and hit the button together to stop the clock.
End of stage

The Family Final Viking is built just off the shore of Okinawa Beach.

1) Hanging Maths:
One of the pair has to move along a long row of poles by holding onto them, hanging underneath. The other member has to walk along a platform above and work out the answers to four sums. There are four gates underneath to stop the swinger from carrying on. Every time they reach one of these gates a random number generator above will stop and show two numbers to make a sum. The person on top then has to give the correct answer so the gate can be opened and the swinger can move on. The first & third gates are addition sums and the second & forth gates are subtraction.

2) Victory Swing:
Both contestants have to swing on the trapeze together to reach a floating mat, then land on that mat to win.
