First, the contestant has to climb a 13 metre rope ladder to reach a single rope hanging above. They then need to climb 10 metres up this rope to reach the button to stop the clock.

First the contestant has to do a 12.5 metre vertical "Spider Walk", and then get up a 10 metre vertical rope. The Spider Walk has to be completed within 15 seconds, or else the walls will be pulled apart and the contestant will drop down.
