1) Stepping Stones:
To start there are five pads in the water. The contestants have to hop from one to another, left to right, to reach the next part of the course on the other side of the water.

2) Log Jam:
Here there are two logs, placed long ways, one after the other above the water. The second log is placed to the right of where the first is, and this log is also thinner than the first. Contestants have to first hit a button to start the Flying Pillar (next obstacle) moving down from above and then cross the two logs, stepping between the first to the second. They must cross the logs quickly to be able to catch the Flying Pillar...

3) Flying Pillar:
A cushioned pillar is moving along a wire in the air (after being started by the contestants before the Log Jam). The contestants need to jump up, using a springboard if wanted, and grab the pillar. If they manage to grab it they must hold on until it reaches a floating mat, which they have to let go and land on to carry on the course.

4) Balance Bridge:
This bridge is only connected by a pole in the middle. This means that it will spin around when stepped on to the left or to the right. Along the middle are three rectangular holes to make it hard to run directly across the centre.

5) Barrel Roll:
To cross some more water, the contestants have to balance on top of a metal barrel and carefully roll it down the sloped tracks to reach the next part of the course.

6) Hop Rocket:
Using a trampoline the contestants have to jump across a pool of water and land on a tall, wide column in the middle of the water. If they manage this they jump off onto a floating mat and carry on the course.

7) Angle Run:
Here there are two long sloped platforms facing each other on opposite sides of a stretch of water - the second slope starting opposite where the first one ends. The contestants must run across the first slope and then jump across onto the second one. They then have to run across this one and jump off to the next part of the course.

8) Escape Ladder:
To finish the course the contestants have to climb up a rope ladder to reach the button to stop the clock.

1) Super Jump:
To start the, contestants have to stand on a board at the top of a slide. Balancing on this board they have to slide down the slope to the bottom. Just before the board reaches the end of the slide the contestants have to jump off, over the water, and try to land on a round platform in front of them.

2) Dancing Stones:
Here there are eight poles sticking out of the water, on top of each are rounded 'stone' shapes. To get to the next part of the course the contestants must cross the water by stepping across these stones. The forth stone is on a spring to make it unstable and even harder to balance on than the others.

3) Spinning Log:
To reach the next part of the course the contestants have to run across the length of a round beam which will spin when trodden on.

4) Climbing Bars:
Next the contestants need to cross this set of monkey bars. The bars aren't fixed still so they swing around as they are being hung onto.

5) Swinging Beams:
The final obstacle is cross is made of three beams: the first made from a tree branch; the second from a bamboo pole, and the third is a metal pole. The first two are hanging in the air from ropes at each end, much like a couple of swings. The contestants have to balance across these swings, and cross from the first to the second, with only the help of a one rope hanging above the middle of each beam as support. The third beam is suspended in the air by two metal poles at either end. This doesn't swing but it doesn't have any support for the contestants to hang onto either. They must quickly make their way across this final beam, jump onto a platform, and run to the button at the end of the course to stop the clock.
End of stage

1) Peg Jump:
To begin there are six small round platforms sticking out of the water, all at different heights. The contestants have to jump from one to another to reach the next part of the course.

2) Domino Hill:
This is a row of 30 giant foam dominoes, all of various heights, and then 10 balls on spring posts. The contestants have to walk across the top of them very carefully as they are easily toppled. The dominoes are split into three sections, each higher and thinner than the previous. If the contestants touch any of the dominoes with their hands they are disqualified.

3) Magic Wall:
To reach the end of the course the contestants need to climb this wall. The first part of the wall is straight and the contestants have to use the cracks in it to climb up. The final two parts are rock-climbing walls. The second section slopes backwards so the contestants are climbing almost upside-down, and the third straightens up slightly but is still at an angle.
