1) Float Run:
To start there are eight foam blocks floating on the water. The first three are connected to make one large float, the second two are also connected to each other, making a slightly smaller float, but the last three are separate making small floats that are hard to balance on. The contestants have to run across these five floats to get to the next part of the course.

2) Prism Tilt:
To get across the next pool of water the contestants have to jump onto, climb over, and then jump of off a big triangle. The triangle will tip up when weight is put on its sides, so contestants must move quickly.

3) Flying Pillar:
The contestants have to press a button to start a cushioned pillar moving along a wire in the air. They then run to a springboard and use it to jump up and grab the pillar. If they manage to grab it they must hold on until the pillar reaches a floating mat, which they have to let go and land on to carry on the course.

4) Balance Bridge:
This bridge is only connected by a pole in the middle. This means that it will spin around when stepped on to the left or to the right. Along the middle are three rectangular holes to make it hard to run directly across the centre.

5) Barrel Roll:
To cross some more water, the contestants have to balance on top of a metal barrel and carefully roll it down the sloped tracks to reach the next part of the course.

6) Angle Run:
Here there are two long sloped platforms facing each other on opposite sides of a stretch of water - the second slope starting opposite where the first one ends. The contestants must run across the first slope and then jump across onto the second one. They then have to run across this one and jump off to the next part of the course.

7) Falling Pole:
This is a long pole that is sloped downwards over the water. From the top the contestants have to get on and pull themselves, or slide, down it to reach the mat at the bottom. They then have to walk along a balance beam to reach the final obstacle

8) Escape Ladder:
To finish the course the contestants have to climb up a rope ladder to reach the button to stop the clock.

1) Super Jump:
To start the, contestants have to stand on a board at the top of a slide. Balancing on this board they have to slide down the slope to the bottom. Just before the board reaches the end of the slide the contestants have to jump off, over the water, and try to land on a round platform in front of them.

2) Triple Hurdle:
Here there's a path with three hurdles on which need to be jumped over. Each hurdle is higher than the previous one.

3) Two-Pole Bridge:
Two poles are laid next to each other, with a gap in between, over the water. To cross the 'bridge' the contestants have to put a foot on each pole and carefully move to the end.

4) Net Climb:
At the end of the Two-Pole Bridge is a net that the contestants have to climb up to reach the next part of the course.

5) Swinging Beams:
The final obstacle is cross is made of three beams. The first two are hanging in the air from ropes at each end, much like a couple of swings. The contestants have to balance across these swings, and cross from the first to the second, with only the help of a one rope hanging above the middle of each beam as support. The third beam is metal and is suspended in the air by two metal poles at either end. This doesn't swing but it doesn't have any support for the contestants to hang onto either. They must quickly make their way across this final beam, jump onto a platform, and run to the button at the end of the course to stop the clock.

1) Peg Jump:
To begin there are six small round platforms sticking out of the water, all at different heights. The contestants have to jump from one to another to reach the next part of the course.

2) Domino Hill:
This is a row of 40 giant foam dominoes, all of various heights. The contestants have to walk across the top of them very carefully as they are easily toppled. The dominoes are split into four sections, each higher and thinner than the previous. If the contestants touch any of the dominoes with their hands they are disqualified.

3) Pendulum Bridge:
To reach the end of the course the contestants must balance along a thin beam. The beam is suspended in the air and will swing backwards and forwards when walked across.
