1) Dancing Stones:
To start there are eight poles sticking out of the water, on top of each are rounded 'stone' shapes. To get to the next part of the course the contestants must cross the water by stepping across these 'stones'. The forth 'stone' is on a spring to make it unstable and even harder to balance on than the others.

2) Windmill Cross:
This is a constantly turning platform with three narrow paths on top, which form a 'Y' shape. The contestants have to walk across one of the paths to the middle of the platform, and then go across another to reach the other side. Once at the other side they have to jump to the next part of the course. The contestants can't step onto any other part of the platform, other than the paths on top, as it is sloped so they will slip straight into the water.

3) Balance Bridge:
This bridge is only connected by a pole in the middle. This means that it will spin around when stepped on to the left or to the right. Along the middle are three rectangular holes to make it hard to run directly across the centre.

4) Barrel Roll:
To cross some more water, the contestants have to balance on top of a metal barrel and carefully roll it down the sloped tracks to reach the next part of the course.

5) Angle Run:
Here there are two long sloped platforms facing each other on opposite sides of a stretch of water - the second slope starting opposite where the first one ends. The contestants must run across the first slope and then jump across onto the second one. They then have to run across this one and jump off to the next part of the course.

6) Hop Rocket:
Using a trampoline the contestants have to jump across a pool of water and try to reach the next part of the course on the other side.

7) Convection Hill:
This is a hill made from two curves. The first curve lies on the floor and has a flat bottom, but the second slopes upward and is vertical at the top. This second part of the hill is also extremely narrow. The contestants have to run/climb up it to get to the top.

8) Slippery Slide:
From the top of the Convection Hill, the contestants have to hang on and slide down a zip wire over the water. Raised out from the water is a small circular platform. The contestants have to drop off of the zip wire and try to land on this platform. If they time it right and land safely, they then have to walk along a balance beam to reach the final obstacle.

9) Escape Ladder:
To finish the course the contestants have to climb up a rope ladder to reach the button to stop the clock.

1) Super Jump:
To start the, contestants have to stand on a board at the top of a slide. Balancing on this board they have to slide down the slope to the bottom. Just before the board reaches the end of the slide the contestants have to jump off, over the water, and try to land on a round platform in front of them.

2) Hill Climb:
Next the contestants have to run to the top of a tall and steep slope to carry on the course.

3) Spinning Log:
To reach the next part of the course the contestants have to run across the length of a round beam which will spin when trodden on.

4) Swinging Hammers:
Here contestants have to cross a beam while avoiding four giant swinging hammers. If they get hit by a hammer it will knock them into the water.

5) Floating Bridge:
Finally the contestants have to run across a bridge which is made up of eight separate floating logs. At the end of the bridge is the button to stop the clock.
End of stage

1) Unforgiving Wall:
To start, the contestants have to make their way across a wall that is tilted 10 degrees backwards over the water. In the front of the wall are several sets of slots - high up ones for the contestants to hang on with their fingers, and low ones to be used as footholds. There are four sections to the wall, the second section is higher than the first and the third is higher again, while the fourth is lower down at the same height as the second section.

2) Domino Hill:
This is a row of 40 giant foam dominoes, all of various heights. The contestants have to walk across the top of them very carefully as they are easily toppled. The dominoes are split into four sections, each higher and thinner than the previous. If the contestants touch any of the dominoes with their hands they are disqualified.

3) Dreamers Road:
To finish there is a thin balance beam to cross. Before stepping onto the beam the contestants have to press a button to start a 15 second timer. As soon as they've started the time they must cross the beam to reach a button at the other side to stop the countdown. If they make it across within 15 seconds they have completed the stage.
