1) Dancing Stones:
To start there are eight poles sticking out of the water, on top of each are rounded 'stone' shapes. To get to the next part of the course the contestants must cross the water by stepping across these stones.
2) Windmill Cross:
This is a constantly turning platform with three narrow paths on top, which form a 'Y' shape. The contestants have to walk across one of the paths to the middle of the platform, and then go across another to reach the other side. Once at the other side they have to jump to the next part of the course. The contestants can't step onto any other part of the platform, other than the paths on top, as it is sloped so they will slip straight into the water.
3) Double Hurdle:
Here there are two small walls the contestants have to get over. The second wall is double the height of the first.
4) Barrel Roll:
To cross some more water, the contestants have to balance on top of a metal barrel and carefully roll it down the sloped tracks to reach the next part of the course.
5) Balance Bridge:
This bridge is only connected by a pole in the middle. This means that it will spin around when stepped on to the left or to the right. On top of the bridge there is a short, thin partition in the middle to force you to jump over it or step on the unsupported sides of the bridge.
6) Hop Rocket:
Using a trampoline the contestants have to jump onto a small round platform in the middle of a pool of water, and then jump from this onto the next part of the course on the other side of the water.
7) Angle Run:
Here there's a long sloped platform next to a stretch of water. The contestants must run across the slope to the other side. When at the end they have to jump off and onto the next part of the course.
8) Escape Ladder:
To finish the course the contestants have to climb up a rope ladder to reach the button to stop the clock.

1) Super Jump:
To start the, contestants have to stand on a board at the top of a slide. Balancing on this board they have to slide down the slope to the bottom. Just before the board reaches the end of the slide the contestants have to jump off, over the water, and try to land on a round platform in front of them.
2) Hill Climb:
Next the contestants have to run to the top of a tall and steep slope to carry on the course.
3) Spinning Log:
To reach the next part of the course the contestants have to run across the length of a round beam which will spin when trodden on.
4) Floating Bridge:
Finally the contestants have to run across a bridge which is made up of eight separate floating logs. At the end of the bridge is the button to stop the clock.
End of stage
1) Super Vault:
To begin, the contestants have to cross two pools of water by pole-vaulting over them. The platform they have to land on after the second vault is a lot higher than the previous one, it's also sloped upwards.
2) Domino Hill:
This is a row of 40 giant foam dominoes, all of various heights. The contestants have to walk across the top of them very carefully as they are easily toppled. The dominoes are split into four sections, each higher and thinner than the previous. If the contestants touch any of the dominoes with their hands they are disqualified.
3) Pendulum Bridge:
To reach the button to stop the clock the contestants must balance along a thin beam. The beam is suspended in the air and will swing backwards and forwards when walked across.
