1) Dancing Stones:
To start there are eight poles sticking out of the water, on top of each are rounded 'stone' shapes. To get to the next part of the course the contestants must cross the water by stepping across these 'stones'.

2) Windmill Cross:
This is a constantly turning platform with three narrow paths on top, which form a 'Y' shape. The contestants have to walk across one of the paths to the middle of the platform, and then go across another to reach the other side. Once at the other side they have to jump to the next part of the course. The contestants can't step onto any other part of the platform, other than the paths on top, as it is sloped so they will slip straight into the water.

3) Barrel Roll:
To cross some more water, the contestants have to balance on top of a metal barrel and carefully roll it down the sloped tracks to reach the next part of the course.

4) Gateway Bridge:
Next the contestants have to cross two wavy balance beams. The second beam comes off at a right angle to the first and is also longer.

5) Triple Hurdle:
Here the contestants have to use a trampoline to jump up onto a beam. When on the beam they then have to jump down onto the next trampoline in order to bounce up onto the next beam. There are three beams to get across.

6) Escape Pole:
To finish the course the contestants have to climb up vertical pole to reach the button to stop the clock.

1) Super Jump:
To start, contestants stand on a board at the top of a slide. Balancing on this board they have to slide down the slope to the bottom. Just before the board reaches the end of the slide the contestants have to jump off, over the water, and try to land on a round platform in front of them.

2) Ledge Walk:
Here the contestants have to edge their way across three narrow ledges on a sort of Z-shaped wall. The second wall is at a right angle to the first, while the third wall is back in the same direction as the first wall (meaning the contestants have to step across an inside corner and an outside corner). On the platform at the end of the wall is the button to stop the clock.

3) Swinging Beam:
Now the contestants must balance along a thin beam. The beam is suspended in the air and will swing backwards and forwards when walked across.

4) Floating Bridge:
Finally the contestants have to run across a bridge which is made up of eight separate floating logs.
