1) Dancing Stones:
To start there are eight poles sticking out of the water, on top of each are rounded 'stone' shapes. To get to the next part of the course the contestants must cross the water by stepping across these 'stones'.

2) Windmill Cross:
Here there are three constantly turning platforms with three narrow paths on top of each, which form a 'Y' shape. The contestants have to cross these platforms, by walking on the paths on top, to reach the next part of the course. They have to get their timing right when stepping from one to another so they can reach a path on the next platform from the one they are standing on. The contestants can't step onto any other part of the platform, other than the paths on top, as they're sloped so they will slip straight into the water.

3) Barrel Roll:
To cross some more water, the contestants have to balance on top of a metal barrel and carefully roll it down the sloped tracks to reach the next part of the course.

4) Tornado Run:
Next the contestants have to cross three balance beams while a giant fan tries to blow them off. On the first beam they have to head straight on towards the fan, the second beam is at an angle from the fan, and the third runs directly parallel with it.

5) Triple Hurdle:
Here the contestants have to use a trampoline to jump up onto a beam. When on the beam they then have to jump down onto the next trampoline in order to bounce up onto the next beam. There are three beams to get across.

6) Escape Ladder:
To finish the course the contestants have to climb up a rope ladder to reach the button to stop the clock.

1) Super Jump:
To start the, contestants have to stand on a board at the top of a slide. Balancing on this board they have to slide down the slope to the bottom. Just before the board reaches the end of the slide the contestants have to jump off, over the water, and try to land on a round platform in front of them.

2) Spin Jump:
Here there are two sloped round platforms that rotate. The contestants have to jump from one to another to get to the next obstacle.

3) Swinging Beam:
Now the contestants must balance along a thin beam. The beam is suspended in the air and will swing backwards and forwards when walked across.

4) Floating Bridge:
Finally the contestants have to run across a bridge which is made up of eight separate floating logs. At the end of the bridge is the button to stop the clock.
