1) Barrel Climb:
To start the contestants need to jump over a pool of water and onto a slope of five rollers that needs to climbed up. When stepped on these rollers will spin around, so they have to be climbed quickly to avoid slipping off.
2) Rolling Log:
The contestants have to wrap their arms and legs around a log and hold on tight as it rolls down sloped metal rails.
3) Balance Bridge:
This bridge is only connected by a pole in the middle. This means that it will tip up when stepped on to the left or to the right. On top of the bridge there is a short, thin partition in the middle to force you to jump over it or step on the unsupported sides of the bridge.
4) Jump Hang:
Using a trampoline the contestants have to jump and grab onto a net hanging over the water. If they manage to grab the net they then have to climb over or under it to continue.
5) Warped Wall:
Contestants have to run up a curved wall and try and grab the top. If they manage to reach the top they have to pull themselves over.
6) Rope Climb:
To finish the course the contestants use a rope to swing over some water and reach a wall. When they hit the wall they then have to use the rope to help them climb up to the top. At the top of the wall is the button to stop the clock.

1) Ledge Walk:
First the contestants have to edge their way across two narrow ledges on a wall. The second ledge has two blocks stuck on the wall above it to make crossing more difficult.
2) Spider Walk:
Here there are five walls, each wall being made of two panels facing each other with a gap in between. The contestants have to press their hands and feet against both the panels, to hold themselves in between, and move across all five sections to the other side. The first, third and fifth walls all stay still, but the second and fourth both move up and down to add difficulty. The fifth wall is higher than the rest, so the contestants have to use the moving forth wall to reach the final section. At the end is a pole they have to slide down to reach the next obstacle.
3) Hammer Dodge:
For this obstacle the contestants have to walk across a plank over water. There are five giant hammers swinging backwards and forwards over the plank to try and knock them off. If the hammers touch the contestants in anyway they lose.
4) Conveyor Belt:
The contestants have to crawl along a conveyer belt inside a small tunnel. The conveyer belt moves backwards so the contestants must move faster than it to actually get through.
5) Wall Lift:
The end of the course is behind three heavy walls. To get through the contestants have to lift them up and go underneath. The first wall is 30kg, the second is 40kg and the last wall is 50kg.

1) Propeller Bars:
Contestants have to cross three bars, which slowly rotate, just by hanging on with their hands. To move from one bar to another, they must wait for the bar they're holding onto to turn around so they're in the right position to reach the next one.
2) Body Prop:
There are two small walls parallel to each other in the air. The contestants have to push their hands against one and their feet against the other to move along them horizontally. There are gaps in the walls to make it even harder.
3) Arm Bike:
To cross some more water, the contestants have to move themselves along a track in the air by hanging underneath a 'bike' and pedalling with their arms.
4) Cliff Hanger:
Hanging on with their fingers, contestants have to move along three thin ledges in the air which are spaced apart. The third ledge is 30cm higher than the first two.
5) Pipe Slider:
To reach the end of the course the contestants have to hold onto a bar which is resting on rails in the air. To move along the rails they must use momentum to get the bar to move bit by bit. When at the end of the first rail they have to get over a fixed green bar and hold onto another bar resting on a second rail which is going in another direction. They have to do the same thing, move along by momentum, to get to the end of this rail. Once at the end the contestants have to swing from the bar they are holding onto and try and land on the finishing platform.
