1) Step Slider:
To start, there are four triangular-shaped platforms in the water - two on the right of the pool, two on the left. The contestants have to hop from one to another, right to left, then leap to grab a hanging rope and use this to swing over to the sloped next part of the course.
2) Hazard Swing:
Contestants stand on a swing and must build enough momentum to be able to leap across a gap and reach the next part of the course. There is a bar attached to the landing platform for contestants to grab hold of and pull themselves up.
3) Rolling Escargot:
This is a giant disk with two handholds at the top and two foot slots at the bottom. Contestants have to use these grips to hang on as the disk rolls down a sloped track.
4) Jumping Spider:
Using a trampoline, the contestants have to jump up into a gap between two parallel walls. They must instantly press their hands and feet against both the walls to hold themselves in between, and move up and along the passage to reach the end.
5) Halfpipe Attack:
Contestants have to run up a slope and across a curved wall to reach a hanging rope. They need to grab the rope and use it swing over the water, then drop down onto a platform.
6) Warped Wall:
This is a curved wall that bends back on itself at the top. Contestants need to run up it, grab onto the overhang, and pull themselves over.
7) Giant Swing:
Using a springboard; contestants have to jump and grab onto a bar, which will then swing forwards towards a cargo net. They have to quickly grab this net, climb over the top and down the other side.
8) Final Climb:
Finally, contestants use a rope to swing over the water and grab onto a cargo net. They need to climb up the net and cross a bridge at the top. On the other side of the bridge is the button to stop the clock.
End of stage
1) Slider Drop:
Contestants have to jump and grab onto a bar, which is laid over a sloped track in the air. They need to hold on as their momentum pulls the bar down the track, dropping down to a lower level halfway. At the end they must drop off onto a floating mat below.
2) Double Salmon Ladder:
Here there are two sets of two parallel walls, each with five notches on. Holding onto a bar, and starting at the bottom level, the contestants have to 'jump' the bar upwards to the next level of notches. When at the top of the first wall they must turn themselves around and jump the bar across to a set of notches on second wall opposite. Now the contestants have to work their way up this wall to reach the next obstacle.
3) Unstable Bridge:
This is made up of two wide planks of wood, suspended from chains at either end of each board. Contestants have to hang underneath and swing their way across both planks. They need to keep a hand either side of the planks as putting weight on just one side will cause it to tip up.
4) Balance Tank:
Contestants have to balance on top of a long cylinder and roll it down a sloped track. At the end of the track is a rope that they need to use to pull themselves up a short wall.
5) Metal Spin:
Here there's a big pool of water in the middle of the course, hanging over which are four chains attached to a metal wheel above. Contestants must jump and grab a chain, causing the wheel to spin around and carry them to the other side of the water.
6) Wall Lift:
The button to stop the clock is behind three heavy walls. To get through, the contestants have to lift them up and go underneath. The first wall weighs 30kg, the second weighs 40kg and the last wall is 50kg.
End of stage
1) Roulette Wheel:
A cylinder that has a ring of bars sticking out from around the middle is laid on a track in the air. Hanging only from the bars contestants have to roll the cylinder along the track, which has two drops along the way.
2) Doorknob Grasp:
A row of four doorknobs fixed to a wall in the air. Contestants have to swing from one to another then drop down onto a platform below.
3) Cycle Road:
Four wheels are connected to the end of different length poles, positioned in a row in the air. Contestants have to swing from one to another.
4) Ultimate Cliff Hanger
Contestants have to make their way along six thin ledges, fixed to a wall in the air, by hanging on with their fingertips. The first two ledges slope uphill and are positioned on an overhang. Contestants have to move to the right across the first, then back to the left along the second ledge above. The third ledge is a positioned above the second, the fourth is higher again and placed after a gap. The penultimate ledge, positioned lower, is only long enough to fit one hand on, and the final ledge is lower down again.
