1) Twelve Timbers:
To start there are eleven wooden timbers, fixed at different angles, spaced across a pool - six on one side, five on the other. The contestants have to hop from one to another, left to right, only able to step on the angled sides, and then leap to the sloped next part of the course.

2) Bridge of Blades:
This is a bridge made up of six rectangular paddles, fixed on a long pole at an opposite angle to the previous. Contestants have to run across, but putting weight on a paddle will cause the whole bridge to spin around.

3) Log Grip:
Contestants have to grip onto a short, wide column that is hanging from a track in the air. The Log will slide down the track, sharply dropping down twice along the way as the track gets lower. The contestants have to stay holding on until it reaches the next part of the course.

4) Jumping Spider:
Using a trampoline, the contestants have to jump up into a gap between two parallel walls. They have to instantly press their hands and feet against both the walls to hold themselves in between, and move up and along the passage to reach the end.

5) Halfpipe Attack:
Contestants have to run up a slope and across a curved wall to reach a hanging rope. They need to grab the rope and use it swing over the water, then drop down onto a platform.

6) Warped Wall:
This is a curved wall that bends back on itself at the top. Contestants need to run up it, grab onto the overhang, and pull themselves over.

7) Slider Jump:
Here there is a sloped track in the air, which has two sudden drops in it. Contestants have to hang from a bar, which is laid on top of the track, and hold on as it slides downwards. At the end they must swing themselves off of the bar and grab onto a cargo net. They now need to climb up over or down under the net to continue.

8) Final Climb:
Finally, contestants use a rope to swing over the water and grab onto a cargo net. They need to climb up the net and cross a bridge at the top. On the other side of the bridge is the button to stop the clock.

1) Downhill Jump:
Standing on a board, the contestants slide down a ramp. When they reach the end they have to jump to grab a hanging rope. The rope will carry them over the water to a floating mat, which they have to drop down onto.

2) Salmon Ladder:
Here there are two parallel walls with seven notches on each. Holding onto a bar, and starting at the bottom level, the contestants have to use momentum to 'jump' the bar upwards to the next level of notches. They have to continue doing this all the way to the top, with the jump between the top levels being bigger than the others.

3) Unstable Bridge:
This is made up of two wide planks of wood, suspended from chains at either end of each board. Contestants have to hang underneath and swing their way across both planks. They need to keep a hand either side of the planks as putting weight on just one side will cause it to tip up.

4) Balance Tank:
Contestants have to balance on top of a long cylinder and roll it down a sloped track. At the end of the track is a rope that they need to use to pull themselves up a short wall.

5) Metal Spin:
Here there's a big pool of water in the middle of the course, hanging over which are four chains attached to a metal wheel above. Contestants must jump and grab a chain, causing the wheel to spin around and carry them to the other side of the water.

6) Wall Lift:
The button to stop the clock is behind three heavy walls. To get through, the contestants have to lift them up and go underneath. The first wall weighs 30kg, the second weighs 40kg and the last wall is 50kg.

1) Arm Rings:
There are two poles in the air with a ring hanging on each. The contestants have to hold onto the rings, one hand on each, and move themselves along the poles to the other end. These poles aren't straight, but they raise up and dip down in several places to make it harder.

2) Rope Junction:
This is a row of six hanging ropes; four short and two long. Contestants need to swing from one to another, then descend the final rope to reach a platform.

3) Devil Steps:
Here there are three flights of seven steps (two going up, one above the other, and the third going down the other side), suspended in the air. Contestants have to move up and down these by hanging underneath with their hands.

4) Cliff Hanger:
Hanging on with their fingers contestants have to move along three thin ledges in the air, which are spaced apart. The middle ledge slopes upwards, and the third ledge is one-metre away from the second.

5) Jumping Bars:
Here there are four horizontal bars spaced widely apart in the air. Hanging underneath, the contestants have to swing themselves from one to another.

6) Ascending Climb:
This is an short slanted rock-climbing wall. Contestants have to climb up it from underneath.

7) Spider Flip:
Two narrow right-angle structures are fixed high in the air, facing each other with a two-metre gap in between. Clinging on from underneath; contestants have to climb up to the top of the left structure and jump backwards across the gap, flip around and grab onto the right structure. The contestant then needs to climb down this side to reach a fixed bar.

8) Final Ring:
A hoop is hooked over a long horizontal pole. The contestants must hang from the bottom of the ring and slide to the to the end of the pole. Once at the end, they have to swing themselves off of the ring, over a big gap, and land on the finishing platform.
