1) Barrel Climb:
To start the contestants need to jump over a pool of water and onto a slope of five rollers that needs to climbed up. When stepped on these rollers will spin around, so they have to be climbed quickly to avoid slipping off.

2) Spinning Log:
Next the contestants have to run across the length of a round beam which will spin when trodden on.

3) Rapid Descent:
This is a second "Barrel Climb". As the contestants are now starting above, they need to descend it. At the bottom is a pool of water that needs to be jumped over to reach the next part of the course.

4) Hill Climb:
Now the contestants have to run to the top of a tall and steep slope to carry on the course.

5) Balance Bridge:
This bridge is only connected by a pole in the middle. This means that it will tip up when stepped on to the left or to the right. On top of the bridge there is a short, thin partition in the middle to force you to jump over it or step on the unsupported sides of the bridge.

6) Mountain Climb:
To finish the course the contestants have to climb up this rock-climbing wall. The bottom half of the wall is constantly moving downwards, so contestants need to climb this section quicker than it is moving to get up it. At the top of the wall is the button to stop the clock.

1) Spider Walk:
Here there are eight walls, each wall being made of two panels facing each other with a gap in between. The contestants have to press their hands and feet against both the panels, to hold themselves in between, and move across all eight sections to the other side. The second and fourth walls are higher than the first and fifth walls, while the third wall moves move up and down to add difficulty. The sixth wall slopes upwards to reach the seventh, and the eighth is even higher. At the end is a pole the contestants have to slide down to reach the next obstacle.

2) Hammer Dodge:
For this obstacle the contestants have to walk across a plank over water. There are five giant hammers swinging backwards and forwards over the plank to try and knock them off.

3) Conveyor Belt:
The contestants have to crawl along a conveyer belt inside a small tunnel. The conveyer belt moves backwards so the contestants must move faster than it to actually get through.

4) Wall Lift:
The end of the course is behind three heavy walls. To get through the contestants have to lift them up and go underneath. The first wall is 20kg, the second is 30kg and the last wall is 40kg.

1) Pillar Path:
To begin there are nine tall unstable columns that the contestants have to step across.

2) Propeller Bars:
Contestants have to cross three bars, which slowly rotate, just by hanging on with their hands. To move from one bar to another, they must wait for the bar they're holding onto to turn around so they're in the right position to reach the next one.

3) Chain Swing:
Here there are six chains hanging in a line in the air. The contestants have to swing from one to another to reach the next part of the course. On the bottom of each is a short small cylinder connected long-ways to use as footholds.

4) Pipe Slider:
To reach the end of the course the contestants have to hold onto a bar which is resting on rails in the air. To move along the rails they must use momentum to get the bar to move bit by bit. When at the end of the first rail they have to get over a fixed bar and hold onto another bar resting on a second rail which is going in another direction. They have to do the same thing, move along by momentum, to get to the end of this rail. Once at the end the contestants have to swing from the bar they are holding onto and try and land on the finishing platform.
