1) Rope Glider:
The contestants begin at the top of a tall ramp. They have to hold onto a rope as it slides down a zipline, over a stretch of water, and then let go to land on a mat floating below.
2) Log Grip:
Next the contestants have to grip onto a short, wide column that is hanging from a track in the air. Once they're on, the 'log' will start to slide down the track, above the water. The contestants have to stay holding on until it reaches the next part of the course on the other side of the water. Along the way the log will drop down a couple of times to make holding on even harder.
3) Pole Maze:
Here there is a long pole sticking out of the water. The contestants have to jump onto it, hold on, and swing it over to a platform on the other side of the pool. The top of the pole goes through a metal 'maze' above, meaning it can get caught and the contestants will have to free it to be able to continue moving over the water.
4) Jumping Spider:
Using a trampoline, the contestants have to jump up into a gap between two parallel walls above water. They have to instantly press their hands and feet against both the walls, to hold themselves in between and stop them from falling into the water below, and move up and along to get out the other side.
5) Bungee Bridge:
Next the contestants have to cross this bridge that is made up of fives sections with gaps in between. Each section is made from numerous giant elastic bands; so standing on them is almost impossible.
6) Great Wall:
Contestants have to run up a curved wall and grab a rope hanging from the top. If they manage to reach the rope they have to pull themselves up and over.
7) Flying Chute:
Here the contestants have to slide down a chute and grab a horizontal rope, which is hanging over water, at the end. If they manage to grab the rope they must swing backwards to reach a cargo net, which is under the end of the chute, then climb down this net and duck under it to carry on.
8) Tarzan Rope:
To reach the end of the course the contestants use a rope to swing over some water and reach a tall cargo net.
9) Rope Ladder:
Now they must climb up the cargo net to reach a bridge at the top. At the other side of the bridge is the button to stop the clock.

1) Downhill Jump:
Standing on a board, the contestants slide down a track and have to jump to grab a rope at the end. If they grab the rope it will carry them over the water to a floating mat that they have to drop down onto.
2) Salmon Ladder:
Here there are two parallel walls with seven notches on each. Holding onto a bar and starting at the bottom level, the contestants have to use momentum to 'jump' the bar upwards to the next level of notches. They have to continue doing this all the way to the top, with the gap between the top two levels being bigger than the others.
3) Stick Slider:
Using the bar from the Salmon Ladder, contestants have to slide down a track in the air and drop off onto a mat below.
4) Net Bridge:
The contestants have climb up and across a giant cargo net to reach the next part of the course.
5) Metal Spin:
Here there's a big pool of water in the middle of the course. Hanging over the water are four chains that are attached to a metal wheel in the air. To cross the water the contestants must jump and try to grab a chain. If they do then they'll make the wheel spin around and take them to the other side of the water.
6) Shoulder Walk:
Finally the contestants have to balance a yoke carrying two 20kg weights on their shoulders. They must cross a bridge and then step over a gap to another on their left. After crossing this second bridge they put the yoke down and run over to hit the button the stop the clock.

1) Arm Rings:
There are two poles in the air with a ring hanging on each one. The contestants have to hold onto the rings, one hand on each, and move themselves along the poles to the other end. These poles aren't straight but they raise up and dip down in several places to make it harder.
2) Arm Bike:
Next the contestants have to move themselves along a track in the air by hanging underneath a 'bike' and pedalling with their arms.
3) Curtain Swing:
Here there are four sheets of material hanging diagonally in the air, with gaps between each one. The contestants have to move themselves along them by clinging on and swinging from one to another.
4) Cliff Hanger:
Hanging on with their fingers, contestants have to move along three thin ledges in the air which are spaced apart. The middle ledge slopes upwards and the third ledge is 1 metre away from the second.
5) Jumping Bars:
Here there are several bars all spaced widely apart in the air. Hanging underneath the contestants have to swing themselves from one to another.
6) Climbing Bars (/Bridge of Destiny):
Hanging underneath, the contestants have to move across this row of monkey bars that slope upwards.
7) Spider Flip:
This is two upside-down stair shaped structures, facing each other with a 2 meter gap in between. Clinging on from underneath, contestants have to climb up to the top of the left side. When at the top they have to jump backwards, over the 2 meter gap, flipping round and grabbing onto the right structure. If they manage to make it, and hang on, they have to climb down this side to reach a resting bar.
8) Final Ring:
Holding onto a ring, which is resting on a rail in the air, the contestants must use momentum to get the ring to move along bit by bit so they can reach the end of the rail. Once at the end the contestants have to swing off the ring, over a big gap, and try and land on the finishing platform.
