1) Sextuple Step:
To start there are five triangular shaped platforms in water. The contestants have to hop from one to another, left to right, only able to step on the angled sides, and then leap to the sloped next part of the course.

2) Rolling Log:
The contestants have to wrap their arms and legs around a log and hold on tight as it rolls down sloped metal rails. Along the way there are two drops to make the ride bumpy and making even harder to hang on.

3) Bridge of Blades:
To cross some more water the contestants must run across a bridge that is made from rectangular paddles all lying in different directions. Stay on a paddle too long and it will make the whole bridge spin round.

4) Jump Hang:
Using a trampoline the contestants have to jump and grab onto a net hanging over the water. If they manage to grab the net they then have to climb over or under it to continue.

5) Rope Reverse:
Holding onto a rope, the contestants have to jump off of the side of a platform. Underneath this top platform is another one, so when the contestants have jumped off they must wait for the rope to swing backwards, under the top platform, so they can reach the bottom one.

6) Reverse Fly:
The next part of the course the contestants must reach is next to them, but it's behind a wall. To reach the other side of the wall they have to jump onto a vertical trampoline. If they hit it hard enough they'll bounce back onto the course on the other side of the wall and they can then continue. If they don't hit it hard enough, or jump to the wrong place, they'll end up falling in the water.

7) Warped Wall:
Contestants have to run up a curved wall and try and grab the top. If they manage to reach the top they have to pull themselves over.

8) Rope Climb:
To finish the course the contestants use a rope to swing over some water and reach a wall. When they hit the wall they then have to use the rope to help them climb up to the top. At the top of the wall is the button to stop the clock.

1) Chain Reaction:
Holding onto a chain the contestants have to slide down a rail in the air. When they reach the end, they have to swap to another chain and hold onto this to slide down another rail in a different direction.

2) Brick Climb:
By standing and holding onto bricks sticking out of this wall contestants have to climb it to reach the next part of the course.

3) Spider Walk:
Here there are two 'n' shaped walls facing each other with a gap in between. The contestants have to press their hands and feet against both the walls, to hold themselves in between, and move upwards. When at the top they have to move along forwards and then down again the other side. At the start of the obstacle the contestants can spray their hands and feet with sticky spray to help them.

4) Grip Hang:
To cross the water below contestants have to grip onto a trapezium shape in the air. At the bottom of each side are tiny ledges. They must use their fingers tips to hang on and move along to reach the next part of the course.

5) Metal Spin:
Here there's a big pool of water in the middle of the course. Hanging over the water are four chains that are attached to a metal wheel in the air. To cross the water the contestants must jump and try to grab a chain. If they do then they'll make the wheel spin around and take them to the other side of the water.

6) Wall Lift:
The button to stop the clock is behind three heavy walls. To get through the contestants have to lift them up and go underneath. The first wall is 30kg, the second is 40kg and the last wall is 50kg.

1) Arm Rings:
There are two poles in the air with a ring hanging on each one. The contestants have to hold onto the rings, one hand on each, and move themselves along the poles to the other end. These poles aren't straight but they raise up and dip down in several places to make it harder.

2) Body Prop:
There are two small walls parallel to each other in the air. The contestants have to push their hands against one and their feet against the other to move along them horizontally. There are gaps in the walls to make it even harder.

3) Curtain Cling:
Here there's a long sheet of material hanging in the air. The contestants have to move themselves along it by just clinging onto the material with their hands.

4) Cliff Hanger:
Hanging on with their fingers, contestants have to move along three thin ledges in the air which are spaced apart. The middle ledge is 30cm higher than the first and the third ledge is 45cm lower than the middle one.

5) Jumping Bars:
Here there are several bars all spaced widely apart in the air. Hanging underneath the contestants have to swing themselves from one to another.

6) Climbing Bars (/Bridge of Destiny):
Hanging underneath, the contestants have to move across this row of monkey bars that slope upwards.

7) Devil's Swing:
This trapeze is hanging high over the water just before the Pipe Slider. Holding on to the swing's bar with their hands, the contestants have to gain enough momentum to swing far enough so they can reach the Pipe Slider bar.

8) Pipe Slider:
Holding onto a bar, which is resting on rails in the air, the contestants must use momentum to get the bar to move along bit by bit so they can reach the end of the rails. Once at the end the contestants have to swing from the bar, over a big gap, and try and land on the finishing platform.
