1) Quintuple Step:
To start there are four triangular shaped platforms in water. The contestants have to hop from one to another, left to right, only able to step on the angled sides, and then leap to the sloped next part of the course.

2) Rolling Log:
The contestants have to wrap their arms and legs around a log and hold on tight as it rolls down sloped metal rails.

3) Balance Bridge:
This bridge is only connected by a single pole, which is to the left. This means that when the bridge is trodden on it will tip up. On top of the bridge there is a thin partition to force you to only step on the unsupported right side of the bridge (meaning that it will always tip up). To make things even harder, there's also another small partition in the middle of the bridge, lying width-ways, which needs to be stepped over.

4) Jump Hang:
Using a trampoline the contestants have to jump and grab onto a net hanging over the water. If they manage to grab the net they then have to climb over or under it to continue.

5) Warped Wall:
Contestants have to run up a curved wall and try and grab the top. If they manage to reach the top they have to pull themselves over.

6) Tarzan Jump:
Here there are 5 hanging ropes. The contestants have to hang onto these to cross some water and reach the Rope Climb rope. These ropes are elasticated, so when hung on they will drop the contestants down towards the water.

7) Rope Climb:
If the contestants have managed to grab the rope against the wall they then have to use it to climb to the top. The button to stop the clock is waiting at the top of the wall.

1) Chain Reaction:
Holding onto a chain the contestants have to slide down a rail in the air. When they reach the end, they have to swap to another chain and hold onto this to slide down another rail in a different direction.

2) Brick Climb:
By standing and holding onto bricks sticking out of this wall contestants have to climb it to reach the next part of the course.

3) Spider Walk:
Here there are two 'n' shaped walls facing each other with a gap in between. The contestants have to press their hands and feet against both the walls, to hold themselves in between, and move upwards. When at the top they have to move along forwards and then down again the other side. At the start of the obstacle the contestants can spray their hands and feet with sticky spray to help them.

4) Balance Tank:
The contestants have to balance on top of a big cylinder as it rolls down a ramp.

5) Conveyor Belt:
The contestants have to crawl along a conveyer belt inside a small tunnel. The conveyer belt moves backwards so the contestants must move faster than it to actually get through.

6) Wall Lift:
The button to stop the clock is behind three heavy walls. To get through the contestants have to lift them up and go underneath. The first wall is 30kg, the second is 40kg and the last wall is 50kg.
End of stage

1) Rumbling Dice:
Contestants have to hang onto a box-shaped frame which is resting on a rail in the air. To move along the rail, and get to the next part of the course, they must keep pulling the box over to make it roll a bit further along the rail every time.

2) Body Prop:
There are two small walls parallel to each other in the air. The contestants have to push their hands against one and their feet against the other to move along them horizontally. There are gaps in the walls to make it even harder.

3) Globe Grasp:
To cross some more water the contestants have to move along bars in the air by hanging onto small balls connected to the bottom.

4) Cliff Hanger:
Hanging on with their fingers, contestants have to move along three thin ledges in the air which are spaced apart. The middle ledge is 30cm higher than the first and the third ledge is 45cm lower than the middle one.

5) Pipe Slider:
To reach the end of the course the contestants have to hold onto a bar which is resting on rails in the air. To move along the rails they must use momentum to get the bar to move bit by bit. When at the end of the first rail they have to get over a fixed green bar and hold onto another bar resting on a second rail which is going in another direction. They have to do the same thing, move along by momentum, to get to the end of this rail. Once at the end the contestants have to swing from the bar they are holding onto and try and land on the finishing platform.
